Mizzou - 6.5
I'll take my chances with the p*ssy cats to clear the number at home in this one, as I find this number to be insulting beyond the scope of reason. Blue Raiders come in at 4-2 with a good season and bodacious stats to back up high scoring performances. But when you play the likes of: Alabama A&M, Vandy, BG, LT, NT, and WK, what do you expect.
* A&M is a pimple on my azz
* Vandy can't score, but trounced the raiders 47-24
* BG is deplorable this year
* LT is a good win
* NT is horrendous
* WK can't stop anybody
Now, granted, the Tigers have been a mole on the face and difficulty to look at (or hard not to stare); but B2B dousies with LSU after a Mileless anger, and Florida off 'cane rest w/ return QB makes them look worse than they are - (which is difficult to do). A close loss to dawgs at home. BUT, they have managed to sodomize weaker teams when given the chance. They will get that opportunity during this homecoming to flex some muscle against a way overrated raider team. Usually you had the "let down" spot after a couple of brutal conference games taking on an out of conference contender; but (scr) odom knows this is a pivotal game, and there is no rest for the weary. Last time they played a pasty, they had to shorten quarters, won't happen here.
<dun na na na, dun, dun - my scr0tum; played in sequence with "beaner">
The S.O.S. gives us serious advantage and the L2 tiger beatdowns leave the betting pub leary. Missouri should be running down hill and jogging down the field all game long in this one, looking to restore confidence to the program. Regarding Blue Raiders S.O.S., I don't know if I have ever seen a weaker resume'. This will be the perfect spot for the tigers to release some pent up frustration before continuing conference play.
Looks like a setup, I agree. But got to feel like the work was put in prior to LSU & Flo game to get the offensive off the commode, but two serious defenses there makes it look like egg is still on face. Mizzou will be like jack in box, and pop the weasel here. They take the Raiders seriously.
Additional Tidbit: Tiger fanbase is deflated, and fair weather fans are first to scatter, "got some yard work to do." But that's when the faithful step it up, the one's who bring a pint of "juice" to the game and yell obscence things. It will be a nice cool fall afternoon, perfect opportunity to beat up another playground weakling.
This would also bolster their record to 3 wins and 6 gets you to the bowling alley (which would be successful season). They cannot drop this one - thus focus and effort. Had this one capped at the 13.5 margin, with a mizzou dd win.
