That's pretty damn good. I'm in good shape, but not my college shape, seeing as I played on the level we are all betting on nowdays. In was 185 in playing days. 235 now, so heavier, but not out of shape by any means. But you running 4 miles a day will pretty much take care of anything and everything you eat and drink, lol. I work long hours during week on film sets, do my Saturdays is when I enjoy the fine spirits. Don't play anymore because as you know with hoops its tough to tell your head you can't play at that level. But you're body sure as hell can't do what your head is telling it.
