Another day, another dollar.....a couple of teams did not meet expectations, but nothing outrageous last night which is a good start for MLB. The Mariners' ML and RL plays I posted here yesterday were about the easiest cheese you'll ever see. They were also BB's 500th win of the MLB season....way ahead of schedule. I do hope that nobody missed them. For those who do not believe in betting RL's just look at what you are missing (from PG's tracking system);

Congrats, gents. I do know who Does the Work!
I am going to post a RL play, although I do believe that this dog wins outright. Stack 'em Up, folks!
Philadelphia Phillies +1½ (-155) ~ As I already alluded to, I do believe the Phils close out the sweep over the hapless Bravos here. The "key" indicator in my view is that although Atlanta appears to have a favorable pitching match-up, they hit just .209 as a team in matinee games. I do not think that comes close to getting it done against a team that has hit in day games.
Kendrick Hernandez (my bad...right stats, wrong pitcher) has struggled some facing LHBs which could pose a problem facing the Braves however he has held the righties in check (but, walks too many) which should minimize the damage, so long as he can keep the ball in the yard. Harang has been very effective, especially in day games, but he is still very susceptible to being hurt badly by left-handed bats and I expect the Phils will have some dangerous ones lined up today. I just do not trust him. I will have a "half-value" play on the Phillies (+147) to close this series out in style.
Note that this one "tees off" at Noon EST.
Get 'em, friends!
