Justin the majority of interleague play is before the trade deadline so any numbers would be a very small sample. Also, the Blue Jays killed it after the deadline once they got Tulo and Price they became a MUCH better team as a direct result of the deadline, so I really don't see what your point is. Also, the Cubs and Mets may have gotten so hot at the end of the season b/c they stopped playing AL teams and had cupcake schedules against the bottom of the NL which is absolutely awful.
