I think its a disaster. Everybody here was ready for gus bradley to be named the head coach and he was even flown into the owners home for a second interview, then we wake up wednesday morning to chip kelly news. I figured that bradley the deal had fell thru and we had settled with kelly but no, turns out that bradley was ready to sign with us and when our owner found out chip had a "change of heart" then he decided to turn not hire gus and went with kelly.

philly has bigger problems than head coach. similar to how fisher got ousted at tenny. reid was ok, but problems at the top (same for dallas). but they will keep throwing money down the toilet which they have done rather consistently.
A guy named "Chip" doesn't have a philly ring to it, was thinking of a guy named Rocky or something more cheese steak worthy. Left coast going to philly - won't last 5 minutes on the playground, imo.
Conclusion: Probably the worst hire ever. We shall see.

Gus certainly sounds better NL. Too big a jump from HC college to HC pro - offensive coord first, the progress if success, imo.

This is kellys first NFL job period, he has only coached at the college level before now. He hasnt even been an assistant at the pro level so hes never even been to an NFL training camp before.
