As promised, here is the first of two free NFL Sundays. Fade or follow. Have a great Sunday, everyone.

NFL
#459-460 Seattle at St. Louis UNDER 43.5
2 Units (Normal-sized Bet)
BOTTOM LINE: After a rare home loss last Sunday, Seattle should be in a foul mood for this divisional showdown. And given that the 'Hawks allowed the Cowboys to hang 30 points on 'em on their home field, I expect a huge emphasis on defense by Seattle in this one. And let's face it, the Rams don't have much in the way of an offense. Last year's matchups produced scores of 27-9 in Seattle and 14-9 in St. Louis. I hate taking NFL road chalk, especially in division games, so I prefer to roll with the UNDER in this one.
4:05 pm ET
NFL
#469 KANSAS CITY +3.5 (-115)
2 Units (Normal-sized Bet)
BOTTOM LINE: Chiefs HC Andy Reid is the best coach in NFL history when coming off a bye. While his Chiefs are well-rested and should be well prepared, San Diego has a huge game on Thursday against Denver. I feel the Chargers are overrated, as four of their wins have come against Buffalo, Jacksonville, the Jets & Oakland. KC whipped New England and hung tough against the 49ers & Broncos. I feel the rest, extra prep time & major edge in strength of opponents played all make KANSAS CITY a very solid play getting more than a FG.
4:25 pm ET
NFL
#471 NY GIANTS +5
2 Units (Normal-sized Bet)
BOTTOM LINE: Very tough situational spot for Dallas. This is a huge letdown spot for the Cowboys after they went into Seattle last Sunday & shocked the defending champs & their "12th Man." To make matters worse for Dallas, the G-men should be highly motivated after getting completely embarrassed in a nationally televised 27-0 loss in Philly last Sunday night. These teams generally play close games. Getting the Giants at plus anything over a FG is a huge "play on" situation, especially given the motivational spots these teams are in today. It's no secret I'm a life-long, die-hard Cowboys fan, so never let it be said that I bet with my heart & not my head.
