In Big Conversation Part 2, the guys look at home field advantage in the NFL.
Steve feels that a big part of home field advantage is familiarity. Sometimes though when teams have their home field games at venues they are not used to like San Fran (New Stadium) and Minnesota (Playing at College Stadium) then it could have an adverse affect on teams.
Then you look at what happened in Buffalo you had a great situation this past week as the new owners came in and stated that they will keep the team in Buffalo and that really energized the team for their home game with Miami.
Andy feels that one thing that may be overlooked is the extra prep time that the home team will have for the game, as opposed to the lack of prep time that the road team will have due to the tie they use in travelling.
