Sorry if this has been addressed, I am making a $5000 withdrawal from BetUS and the only payout available is by gift card, they have already issued a gift card and once it is sent they say they put the funds on it in 24 hours from when you call for the payout.
They tell you on the phone that the cards are usable at ATMs for cash, but on the FAQ section it says:
Can I use GiftCard at an ATM to withdraw money?
GiftCards can be redeemed for goods and services in every location where MasterCard is accepted, but cannot be used to redeem cash or to perform other payment operations.
If this is true, this is a big problem because I dont want a $5000 credit card, it'd take me years to spend it.
Has anyone had this type of payout from a sportsbook before?

Ok did you call them and ask them about that?.....if so....what did they say?....cause they say you can get cash from it....they must have an answer? or do they just hang up on ya?
faultless they say that is only for European customers, I was hoping someone here who has received this payout could shed some light on it

honestly I have been with BetUS for 3 years and received payouts with no issue via bankwire and courier check, but this one worries me
