The following is requested of me to get a pay out. Please let me know if this is proper procedure. I did this before and my credit card was being used in Vietnam, Washington State and maybe one other place at the same time after I gave up this information. I had to get all new cards and it could be a fiasco. Any Advice?
In order to complete your payout request, please follow the below instructions so we can verify your personal information attached to your account.
- Take a photo, or make a clear scan/copy of a personal government issued identification card (driver's license, passport or state ID). Please ensure that the photo/scan is clear enough to verify the ID number, signature and exact expiration date. The ID cannot be expired, and the photo must be visible.
- Take a photo or make a clear scan/photocopy of the front of your credit card.
- Photos/scans should be saved as .JPG or .PDF files.
- Please do not include both your ID and credit card in the same photo/scan. They should be scanned individually as separate files, and each file should not exceed a maximum of 5MB. The total email size should not exceed 20MB.
- Send the above information by one of the methods below.
- The fastest way is by sending your documents via Secure Message. Or you can directly visit: https://www.betus.com.pa/myaccount/send-message.aspx Select your documents and upload.
- You can also send the documents by email to custhelp@BetUS.com.pa or fax it to us at 1-877-238-8711. Please note that if you send more than 10 emails per day, your emails may be blocked as SPAM by our system. These emails can not be retrieved. Please understand that email and fax take longer as agents have to go through these one by one.
Make sure to include your name and account number on the subject line on every page you send.
