CG Tech intentionally underpaid winning players from 2011 through 2015. According to NVGCB, the company knew it was underpaying as the company paid players along the way that noticed the "glitch/algorithm". No attempt was ever made to compensate the underpaid winners. They programmed small over payments to mask a clear cheating algo as a "glitch". Even after they got caught they tried to cover it up. What does it take to get a license revoked? How nice of gaming to only fine them $1.5m. This situation was so bad that even the NVGCB wanted it to go away quietly. If you read the complaint, your jaw will drop:

I received a check in the mail. Did anyone else? I highly recommend going to the CG Tech casino location and requesting a transcript of your account history asap. I discovered many payout errors (underpayments) that totaled less than the check I received.
