Mrs. DOUBTFIRE! RIP
Oh man, this is heavy. What a tragic loss. R.I.P. Robin.
Just saw that it is not a hoax (horrible news) he will be missed.
This reminds me of the story of the great clown Mr. Chuckles. A man went to a therapist and told him he was very depressed and thinking of ending it all. The therapist said he had the perfect answer to his depression - just go see a show by the great clown Mr. Chuckles - he will cheer you up. The man looked at his therapist and slowly said, "Doctor, I am Mr. Chuckles..."
WOW !!!!! Very dark day indeed Deeply saddens me as it should the entire world one of my all time favorites. F'ing depression is a **** the world certainly is less funny now. Damn R.I.P

wonder if he was on meds, some of the meds make things worse
I can feel his pain. Depression is a terrible illness as I have struggled with it for over 14 years and it just keeps getting worse. Sometimes you just don't see any other way out. May he rest in peace and prayers and thoughts go out to his family.

Delieveryman, you are right. Sometimes meds can have an adverse effect. Also, he was probably mixing them with alcohol and alcohol can make anti-depressants simply not work at all. Mixing can be a lethal combination. I'm not saying that's what he was doing. Just a thought,
The Sad Clown happy on the outside broken on the inside!!! Tragic...
