Projected Hypothetical Match-Ups:

Alabama would be favored over ANY college football team.

Alabama favored by 3-points over Oregon

Alabama favored by 14-points over Ohio State

Alabama 24-point UNDERDOGS against Kansas City Chiefs

(* Thanks to Chris Andrews for the bookmaker's insight)

What is your best bet among these lines?

Bama cakewalks Oregon. Worse than LSU's  dispatching of the Ducks.   14 might be the number vs Ohio St.

I take Oregon in a heartbeat. Alabama KILLS Ohio State. I mortgage my house on the Chiefs. The worst player on KC was a stud on a major college team. Toss in the NFL players would consider it an insult that Alabama could think they could hang, it would get ugly.

KC Cheifs, The score would be whatever they wanted to score to nothing.  As long as the pro team stayed motivated.  Would be way worse than National Championship game.  Not every Alabama player will be a NFL player, but every single one on the Cheifs roster is.

Everyone seems to forget that those were kids playing football last night.  Sure it looked like men vs boys.  The NFL is grown men playing for their lives.  Every year at training camp there are many new 20 yr olds trying to take your job away.  That is what makes some of these NFL vets amazing to me.  Alabama thinks they have speed?  Go watch an SEC game live, and then go watch an NFL game.  Cant notice the difference than you are a blind man.  Those kids would not be able to handle the blocking schemes of an NFL team.  Remember that the NCAA limits their practice hours.  The NFL is a full time job!! They are lucky to get 1 day a week off during the season!  This question was thrown out earlier in the year about Alalbama, and experts such as Golic just scoffed at the idea of Bama being competitve against an NFl squad. The Chiefs feature a strong NFL running attack.  I think that they could avg. greater than 4 yds a crack lrunning against these college kids.

Oregon hung with Auburn and rumor is a big time gambler paid the grounds crew to "over water" that grass night before the game. Just a rumor, but heard it from numerous people.

Alabama-3 over Oregon all day long. Maybe we can witness that next year. Hope so.
