We won large again yesterday and are firing another Big Triple today, with free NBA. Here's a free personal play and some thoughts on other games:
Dodgers Team Total over 4.5 (-150)
I'm not laying -170 with the Cubs. As I said yesterday, Arroyo is better than Reed and Lackey is no as good as Arrieta. All things aside, the Reds RL or nothing.
The $ is clearly on Atlanta. I cannot disagree, but can't wrap my head around them as a road favorite, either. I'd be a lemming and follow on Atlanta if I had to.
It would be too obvious to think the Brewers and Cards go "over" AGAIN, but it's tough with both bullpens to think that it won't. Leake, for a pitcher, can hit. The Cardinals are simply the better team here.
I guess now that the Dodgers are facing a RHP we should think about betting ON them, but I'm not doing it. They don't go from horrid to -130 on the road overnight, IMHO. At 9, I might make a case for the over, and the Dodgers's TT over.
I like the Mets RL at home tonight, even if I don't like their bullpen. Familia is back, but Max is almost always too expensive for me.
The Astros and Musgrove are getting all the early money/attention and I totally understand why. The Rays are playing well, so I can't go there. You guys know I like my home underdogs, and I think we're getting a reasonable number to take the over, simply because of the venue.
Baltimore has typically struggled against LHP's - but E-Rod always scares me. The early bettors seem to like Boston - but if you made me I'd have to take Baltimore. Gausmans' upside is just bigger, IMO.
NOW the bettors are starting to fade Detroit. It might be the time to get ON the Tigers?
Marcus Stroman is clearly the Jays best option, but unless and until they start hitting there's no chance of laying that price on the road in a big park. Let me have the Angels RL, Alex.
The Royals can't hit but neither can the Rangers. That's got F5 under and the Royals RL written all over it.
Simple. Give me Ivan Nova against his former team.
