In What we Learned, Bryan and Scott discuss the recent amount coming in on the Big Favorites.
Last night Big Chalk got big lopsided betting, which Scott feels is a little bit earlier than usual.
Most folks have no problem laying -170 or more, and Bryan says he will do it from time to time in personal betting, but he will rarely give out faves of -150 or more to clients.
Bryan's take is that you usually look to take dogs earlier in the year, while so value can be found on favorites later in the year.
Scott also states that he will give out no more than a -145 favorite to clients, but in his personal betting he will also bet bigger favorites.
The big favorites are getting many bets taken on them.
