Dodgers @ Reds -- Zack Greinke and Anthony DeSclafani will match-up for a third straight time. Greinke held the Reds to just 1 run and six hits in seven innings of work in the last meeting; a 2-1 win by the Dodgers. Anthony DeSclafani didn’t pitch badly either, holding LA to 2 runs and six hits in six innings of work. Overall, the Reds pitcher is 3-6 with a 5.85 ERA in 11 starts at home this season. Cincinnati is just 12-26 in day games this season, so despite the generous price being offered, the Reds are tough to back in this game.
Mets @ Phillies -- New York and Philadelphia have continued their trend to the Over in this series. The Mets and Phillies have produced 31 Overs in their last 50 meetings, including seven of twelve games this season. There have been 17 Overs in the last 25 games in Philadelphia, including four of six games this season. Philadelphia’s Aaron Harang has allowed 16 runs and 21 hits in his last three starts. New York’s Jon Niese is also coming off a shaky stretch; he has allowed 22 hits in his last three starts. Over 8.5 (-120) is the way I lean in this game.
