through experience in this area of prop betting. The NO is a nice wager at a soft shop if your looking to blanket the field.
From my experience I would say the exact opposite. Two reasons for this...
-With such low limits they are not worried about sharps so lines are shaded towards wherever the majority of bettors will go.
-Bettors tend to psychologically favor the NO. The memory of seeing so many 0-0 after 1 games throughout their life causes bias.
To go on that, you now have the same problem as people have betting full MLB games, they don't know the true value of what they're betting. What they do know is Kershaw and Cueto are good so I'm betting the NO regardless of what number is out there. That kind of thinking is not a recipe for success
[/quote] I was being rather dull with my response. Pitchers such as those listed above, along with scherzer, hamels, bumgarner, etc..I always look to the yes..Because of what your saying...I do try to find the complete opposite and grab the no with guys such as Peavy, Jackson, Burnett etc...When price is involved i agree with you, but i also think the NO at a square book with middle of the pack pitchers tends to leave leaning no..I still don't think this bet is "value" but i love to play them.
