Los Angeles Clippers (57-25, 23-18 away) @ Golden State Warriors ML +105 (51-31, 27-14 home)
(Series Tied 1-1)
I recommend a play on the Golden State Warriors on the Moneyline (+105) in the NBA Playoffs tonight. I expect a bounce back here from the Warriors and for them to exact some revenge on the Clips after their 40 point drubbing in Game 2. You can say how the Clippers finally woke up in Game 2 and showed the true reality of what these two teams are and I would say you are half right. The Clippers did wake up and play their game and their super star, Blake Griffin, got to play over 20 minutes finally but in my opinion the Warriors were completely unprepared and unfocused in this game. The Warriors were completely satisfied with their Game 1 victory because they accomplished their goal of a split @ LA. They played flat and did not play defense in Game 2. I believe they are the team we saw in Game 1 and we will see this type of play in Game 3. The Clips enjoyed themselves and went on to embarrass the Warriors by running them out of the gym 138-98, but in a way I feel they hurt their chances in Game 3 by doing so. They unnecessarily embarrassed Golden State when they could of put the game in cruise control and won by a cool 20 spot, they won by 40 and had fun doing so, which is something I doubt GS will forget through the course of this series. I expect the Warriors to bring total focus and play with a huge chip on their shoulder tonight. The home crowd at the O will be absolutely insane and once Klay and Curry hit their first jumper the place will go bananas. This team really plays off their home crowd and really plays exceptional defense on their home floor. This is going to be a tough series that I expect to go a full 7 games, so I expect the Warriors to hang on to the home court advantage they stole in Game 1 for at least one more game with a bounce back victory to take the 2-1 series lead, which is why I am making the Golden State Warriors on the Moneyline (+105) my NBA Playoffs Play of the Day.
