I hardly, if ever, since joining Pregame, responded to those who feel, for whatever reason, want to accuse me of being someone I am not, and in doing so, feel that by calling me names, being as disrespectful as anything I have ever read, cursing me, as well as coming into practically every post I have ever typed, think that they are proving that I am someone else, proves absolutely nothing. This conduct by a very few, and a few others who think its cool to jump in every now and then, is in itself breaking the rules. I am no better than anyone else who joined Pregame, and I was banned once for mentioning a name of a poster who was doing the exact same things, a few posters now continue to do. So of course, at the outset, I was very upset and outraged and lost my temper and disobeyed my warning not to mention this poster's name. So I paid the price of being banned for one month. Its my feeling, when a poster gets admonished, be it one week or one month, after he or she serves the admonishment period, the issue becomes moot. Obviously some think just the opposite. I have a copy of a email, from one of Pregame's Founders, who assured me, after I emailed him and apologized for disobeying a warning, that once I served my month, this was to be for all practical purposes, would be over. He stated there were no hard feelings and he stated in his email, I was certainly welcomed back after my serving one month. I joined Pregame on December 31, 2013, and Pregame had every opportunity to check, with whatever means they had at their disposal, for as long as they deemed appropriate, to investigate if I was a ghost poster, or simply someone, for whatever reason, simply did not wish to accept my application to join. And I am sure that even today, if those who make these decisions, saw fit to ban me for being someone who was already banned, I would hope, that since December 31, 2013 they would have done so. It is very clear to me, that there is no doubt that this was thoroughly looked into, and nothing in the form of a ban, was bestowed on me, was because I did not deserve it. Since my one month ban, and to my knowledge, before that, I have never disrespected anyone, nor have I broken any rule that I am aware of. Of course the posters who continue to disrespect me, and along the way, break rules, do so under the assumption I am not who I say I am. Well, that is not only sad, but not my problem, and is simply not true. What is my problem is trying to figure out, how those who continue to disrespect me in any way they can, get away with such conduct. I know they don't get away with it because they are correct about me being someone who they think I am, for if that were true, Pregame would have admonished me by now, and banned me. So I must give Pregame, the benefit of the doubt, that the Founders, moderators and whoever else is responsible for seeing to it that posters keep the rules, simply don't read any of my posts, where those who disrespect me, stick out like sore thumbs. So why do I stay? Why would I put up with all this disrespect and rule breaking at my expense of being taunted, baited and at the same time have others both old and new posters read all these lies told by the same posters who disrespect me? Its simple. I happen to love sports, love trying to pick winners, and happen to enjoy all the extras that Pregame offers such as podcasts, First Preview, Pregame TV, etc. Why should I let a few posters, "run me off" because they think I am someone I am not. For these posters to continue this conduct, is to say they feel Pregame is not capable of operating their own site. That in and of itself, is not only wrong, but no one has the right to continue to disagree with the decisions of Pregame. So when is this nonsense going to end? Those who are the very ones who continue to harrass me every time I post a selection, should simply leave themselves. I am not leaving no matter how long these posters continue to break the rules, because its not my place to discipline anyone. I may disagree with a few things I do not like, but I have absolutely no right to get upset and act out like these posters do, just because they seem to get away with it. One of our Founders, RJ Bell, just the other day, took time out of a busy schedule to address this issue of respect. Did the very posters who disrespect me, for something they think they know to be true, not read Mr. Bell's post? Well I certainly did, and I know that by simply paying attention, the Founders and the moderators obviously do not have the time to read this sort of dishonest, childish conduct, particularly when every bit of their allegations regarding my being a ghost poster is absolutely baseless, and has been checked out since December 31, 2013, as I'm sure these same posters have sent enough emails and made enough complaints regarding this allegation. It seems to me its obvious, that since I joined, enough time has passed that if this allegations were true, (not those that the poster I am being accused of being was responsible for) there was certainly enough time for Pregame to act accordingly. So for the first time here in the forum, I respectfully ask those in authority to ask these few posters to simply stop. My goal is not to get anyone banned or admonished, but to simply have these mistaken posters stop with the disrespect. Thank you. And yes, I am fully aware that I am not perfect, nor is anyone else, nor am I Harry Begg.
