Danny Ferry came right to mind when i thought about the players on the court. I was a little younger than i am now. Back in 1989, i remember this game because of the coaching intensity from P.J Carlesimo & Mike Krzyzewski.
To me at the time is was more of a 1on 1 type of game. Coach Vs. Coach.
Years later sitting where i'm at now, i can't help but to think about coaching everytime i handicap a game. I was going over some games last night and that Duke/Seton Hall game just hit me.
Then i was going through some of the greats in CBB today. Izzo, Krzyewski, Pitino, Pearl, Calapari,Boeheim, Self, just to name a few.
I'm always trying to get more focused on things we tend to forget at times.
How much stock do you put into coaching at the college level?
