Going to start this using BetOnline openers, which can be off quite a bit. However....
Ohio State-Purdue: The way OSU has beeb playing they're begging you to take them at -1.5. I would, if I liked OSU, because I do think that goes up, even with Purdue winning as well. Boilermakers are so young that anything is possible. They (OSU) beat Purdue three times last season, so I am inclined to wait and take +2 if and when it comes up.
'Nova-Marquette: Opened at -15 and you're always going to pay a premium for Villanova, and as I was typing went to -14.5. So, It's Marquette now or Villanova later, IMO. Early move could be fading the fact that 'Nova has G-Town Saturday, a rematch from one of their two losses. Paying the price - Marquette hasn't lost by 15 this season.
Davidson-St. Bonaventure: Paying a premium for the red hot Davidson team at home, assuming they'll rebound from the St. Joes loss. Bonnies are not that bad and typically get to the line. I expect this to go down then probably back up, but what I really wanna see is the total (154ish) because I think this is a very high scoring game.
UMass-Fordham: A public and hot team ONLY laying -7 to Fordham. What has the very young Fordham team done to deserve this? Played URI tough a couple if times. I expect the line to go UP and then down later as people that are smarter than me grab Fordham which is a fade of UMass playing LaSalle Saturday. If UMass shows up it won't matter, but if they don't this has public disaster on it.
Duke-G-Tech: OK, so Duke is back from the dead and now a -17.5 favorite. GT is not THAT bad and this line has nowhere to go but down. G-Tech now or never, IMO. Duke's rematch with the Irish is Saturday, so I'll take Tech at that price while I can.
More later. I need to catch a fish and think.
