Before the start of the season the Detroit Tigers were drawing +900 moneyline odds as the favorites to win the World Series, and they remain the favorites 18 games into their 2013 campaign. The latest round of World Series Odds 2013 have the Tigers listed as a +600 pick to win the Fall Classic, despite their sitting third in the AL Central with a 9-9 record. The Atlanta Braves are a second choice to win the World Series at +800 odds (previously listed at +1800) while the Washington Nationals, San Francisco Giants, and Cincinnati Reds are in a three way tie for third at +1000 odds ($100 wins $1000). In spite of their lackluster 7-10 start, the Los Angeles Angels remain a top 10 pick at +1200 odds; joining them at that price are the Texas Rangers (12-6) and the New York Yankees (10-7). Still bringing up the rear are the Houston Astros and Miami Marlins, but their odds have gone from +30000 to +50000.
