Wicked Strong is from Centennial Farms, which will be having its first ever horse in the Kentucky Derby.
Wicked strong is sired by Hard Spun, who was a standout member of a very good 2007 3-year-old class, posting a strong runner-up effort in the Derby behind Street Sense and also finishing third in the Preakness and second in the Breeders’ Cup Classic, both won by Curlin.
Wicked strong will be starting the furthest from the rail in the number 20 slot. Rajiv Maragh is the Jockey, who took 3rd in the Kentucky Derby back in 2011, while riding Mucho Macho Man.
