Geographic rivals Washington and Baltimore conclude their two game set at Camden Yards tonight as veteran pitchers Dan Haren and Freddy Garcia take the hill. This evening’s finale between the Nationals and Orioles is scheduled to get underway at 7:05pm ET at Oriole Park. The latest MLB Odds from offshore bookmaker 5Dimes have the Orioles listed as a -126 money line favorite and the Over/Under set at 9.5 runs (Over is favored at -125 odds). Washington is drawing +116 money line odds to earn a series split.

Washington and Baltimore played to a split at Nationals Park earlier in the week, but the Orioles will look to avoid that same result tonight. Baltimore registered a 9-6 victory last night but it did not come easy.

The Orioles trailed 6-2 after five frames, but they finally got to the Nationals Jordan Zimmerman in the bottom of the seventh, plating six runners to ensure their 29th win of the season. 
Baltimore’s sights are set on Dan Haren tonight as they look capitalize on the veteran right hander’s near season long struggles. Haren brings a 5.43 ERA and 1.37 WHIP to the mound tonight, but he has earned a quality start in two of his last three appearances.

Haren saw the Nationals lose for the third time in his last three starts when he took the ball last Saturday against Philadelphia. He allowed four hits and three earned runs over six innings, and he also struck out a season high 10 batters in the 3-5 setback at Nationals Park.

Freddy Garcia, who gets the call for the O’s tonight, earned his first win of the season his last time out as he presided over a 6-5 victory at Toronto. Garcia was hardly brilliant, though, yielding nine hits and two earned runs over five innings in the 103 pitch effort.

For the season Garcia is 1-2 with a 4.61 ERA and 1.21 WHIP in five starts.
