Vinceremos 2014 Kentucky Derby Odds

Kentucky Derby 2014 Post Positions: Draw Start Time, Horses Lineup and More

Vinceremos is being tabbed as one of the potential longshots in the 2014 Kentucky Derby. The current odds for Vinceremos make the horse one of the 2014 Kentucky Derby Longshots on this day before the race. The Kentucky Derby will begin at 6:24pm EST Saturday from Churchill Downs in Louisville, Kentucky.

Current Odds: 53-to-1
Morning Line: 30-to-1

The Kentucky Derby is the most exciting horse race in the world and there are several horses in this race that are going to be longshots. Vinceremos is one of those longshots and is drawing 30/1 odds currently the day before the race. Vinceremos is a Todd Pletcher horse, who most recently earned a victory in the Kentucky Derby with Super Saver in 2010.

Consistency on the dirt is one of the impressive talents for this horse. Vinceremos has never finished worst than second in a race and is one of the consistent horses in this field. Pletcher horses always seem to get a lot of attention come Derby time and this horse is going to be one that probably gets a lot of bets. The 30/1 price tag has come down from where it was in the early stages, but there still is a lot of value in this horse. Vinceremos is probably going to be one of the longer shots in the field, but in today's world of horse racing, it seems as if any of them have a shot, especially in this race.

It appears that Joe Rocco Jr. will be the jockey for Vinceremos in the Derby.
