Utah Utes at UCLA Bruins College Football Odds, Start Time, Free Pick

The UCLA Bruins are hosting the Utah Utes in college football action today. The game is scheduled for a 4:00 p.m. start time and it will be televised nationally on FOX. The college football odds for the game have the Bruins favored by a touchdown to pick up the win at home.

College Football Odds
Total: 46.5 points

UCLA has not had the type of season many had expected from the Bruins. They limp into today’s game with a 3-4 record and they are 1-3 in the Pac 12 standings. Two of those losses have come in consecutive games for the Bruins, falling to Arizona State and Washington State in close road battles. At home, UCLA is just 2-1 having beaten UNLV and Arizona.

The Bruins could have quarterback Josh Rosen back for this game, but head coach Jim Mora wasn’t sure earlier in the week whether or not he would play. Based on the line for this one, it looks as if the youngster will see the field.

Utah comes in ranked 19th nationally and they are 3-1 in conference games, a win here for the Utes would officially knock UCLA out of the running for the division crown. Utah’s only loss was on the road at Cal, since then they’ve picked up wins over both Arizona and Oregon State.

The Utes should come in with a bit of a chip on their shoulder, now we will see whether or not the defense can cause UCLA problems and keep Utah in the game. Utah is allowing opponents to score just over 18 points per game. The Utes haven’t played the toughest schedule, but they are stingy enough defensively and can be good enough on offense to hang around in this one.
