Washington just beat Minnesota last week and they are looking to take advantage of a Green Bay team that has lost three games in a row and four of the last five overall. The Redskins aren't so bad offensively under Kirk Cousins, who loves to throw the football to Jordan Reed and Jamison Crowder, a couple of big-play guys that can cause the Packers some issues tonight in the passing game.
Green Bay's defense has surrendered 37 points a game the last three weeks and they've been a bit banged up on that side of the football. As they continue to get healthy the Packers should play better on defense and turn that into wins. Tonight is one of those games where Green Bay has to find a way to get it done.
The Packers aren't a great road team at just 1-3, and on the opposite side Washington has won three of its five games at home, with a close loss to Dallas.
Rodgers and the Pack look the part of desperation here, and maybe that can be a good think with Mike McCarthy and Green Bay looking to get back on track. Washington is a pretty decent team and should feel comfortable at home, especially with a struggling Green Bay team coming to town. Despite not being able to consistently run the football, Green Bay can still put up points and expect Rodgers to have a strong game tonight.
