SEC Tournament Semifinals Arkansas Razorbacks vs Georgia Bulldogs Start Time, Odds, Free Pick

The Georgia Bulldogs and Arkansas Razorbacks meet up today in the SEC Tournament Semifinals with a shot at taking on Kentucky on the line tomorrow. Today’s game is scheduled for a 3:00 p.m. start time and it will be televised nationally on ESPN. Currently the College Basketball Betting Odds for the game have the Razorbacks listed as a small favorite to reach the finals.

Arkansas might be the only team in the SEC that can beat Kentucky, but the Hogs were drilled by the top-ranked Wildcats a couple of weeks ago on their own floor. Kentucky’s front line and pressure defense held the Razorbacks in check in that one, holding the Hogs to only 38 percent shooting. Arkansas is the top scoring team in the SEC, averaging 79.1 points per game. Today the Razorbacks take on a Georgia team that wants to slow the game down and make possessions count.

In the first game between these two schools this year Arkansas squeaked by with a four-point win on their own floor, coming from behind as Georgia put up 44 first half points.

The Hogs shot 52 percent from the floor, Georgia connected for nine 3-pointers. In today’s game Georgia will want to slow Arkansas down and force them into shooting bad shots late in the shot clock.

The Bulldogs have held opponents under 40 percent shooting from the floor in six of seven games overall. That type of pressure defense could have an impact today, but we like Arkansas to win.

Free Pick: Arkansas 73, Georgia 67
