SEC College Basketball Kentucky Wildcats at Missouri Tigers Start Time, Betting Odds

The top-ranked Kentucky Wildcats are on the road tonight when they take on the Missouri Tigers in SEC College Basketball action. The game is scheduled for a 9:00 p.m. start time and it will be televised nationally on ESPN. Currently the Betting Odds for the game have Kentucky favored by a comfortable margin to beat up on the Tigers.

Kentucky has been the best team in America, to nobody's surprise. The Wildcats have opened the season with a 19-0 record on the season, picking up all six of their games in the SEC as well. Whether this team can run the table and finish the season unbeaten remains to be seen, but the Wildcats have been pushed a couple of times this year, including a recent game against Vanderbilt.

The last time these two teams met on the court Kentucky beat up on Mizzou, winning 86-37 in a rout. Aaron Harrison tossed in 16 points in that game while Karl-Anthony Towns had a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds — blocking five shots as well. Willie Cauley-Stein had 13 points as the Wildcats embarrassed Missouri.

Kentucky has never started a season 20-0 under John Calipari, but can accomplish that tonight. The Wildcats are 4-0 on the road this season and are taking on a Missouri team that has lost its last five games overall. The Tigers score only 63 points per game on average while giving up 68 to opponents. Kentucky has the best defensive team in the country, allowing just 50.4 points per game to opponents because of their length, athleticism and size.

The Tigers are't winning this game. Missouri does own four wins against AP No. 1 teams, three times knocking off Kansas with the last time coming on Feb. 4, 1997 and have lost the last seven chances against the top-ranked team.

This season, Missouri is 0-3 against ranked teams while Kentucky has won 19 straight games against unranked opponents, winning by an average of 23 points. Kentucky routs Missouri yet again.
