The Seattle Seahawks picked up a Super Bowl championship last year and are primed to make another run this year. Vegas odds currently have the Seattle Seahawks as the favorites to win the NFC West and are one of the favorites to win the 2015 Super Bowl.

Seattle used defense to knock off the Peyton Manning-led Denver Broncos in the Super Bowl back in February. Pete Carroll's team has found a way to win football games this season by sticking to the run game, getting solid quarterback play and having the best defense in football.
The question is, can they continue to play at that level this season? Seattle has a pretty solid schedule this season, taking on the Green Bay Packers and Denver Broncos early in the season with a road trip to San Diego sandwiched inbetween those games. If the Seahawks are able to get off to a great start, they'll look to set their sights on an NFC West title.
Seattle will take on each team from the NFC East and AFC West in addition to the first place teams in the NFC South (Carolina) and NFC North (Green Bay). The Seahawks ranked fourth in rushing yards at just under 137 per contest. Defensively, the Seahawk secondary was the best in football, allowing opponents to throw for only 172 yards per game. They allowed just over 101 yards per game to opponents on the ground as well, which ranked seventh-best in the league.
