Saturday College Football Georgia Bulldogs and Kentucky Wildcats: Start Time, Odds

Georgia and Kentucky will renew their long standing rivalry tonight when they clash at Commonwealth Stadium in Lexington (7:00pm ET start time, ESPN3). Saturday College Football Odds are expecting a Bulldogs route as the visitor is listed at -26 against the spread. The game total in tonight’s SEC East skirmish is set at 57 points.

Georgia comes into tonight game will rested after having last weekend off. The Bulldogs certainly needed the break given their myriad of injuries and it afforded them time to mentally recover from the 35-7 shellacking it received at South Carolina on October 6th.

That said Georgia may have difficulty taking the Wildcats seriously, especially with an undefeated Florida team on the docket. The Bulldogs know they can jump back in the SEC East title chase with a win over the Gators so it would be natural for their minds to drift toward Jacksonville.

Aside from that, Kentucky’s performance makes it difficult to take seriously. The Wildcats are 1-6 on the season and 0-4 in conference play. Making matters worse, Kentucky’s four SEC opponents (Florida, South Carolina, Mississippi State, and Arkansas) outscored it 152-38.

There is no question Georgia could cover this 26 point spread, it is that much better than Kentucky, but the Wildcats could sneak in the back door with the game in Lexington and the Bulldogs thoughts elsewhere.

Georgia Bulldogs vs Kentucky Wildcats College Football Odds:

Georgia Bulldogs -26 (-110), Over 57.5 (-110)

Kentucky Wildcats +26 (-110), Under 57.5 (-110)
