The NHL Playoffs are finally here and the 16 teams remaining all have their eyes set on Lord Stanley. The Boston Bruins are the favorites in the Odds To Win Stanley Cup. The Bruins are the top seed in the Eastern Conference while the top seed in the Western Conference are the Anaheim Ducks. The NHL Playoffs will begin on Wednesday evening with a trio of games on national television.

The odds to win the Stanley Cup are listed below for all 16 teams courtesy of Bookmaker. The Bruins are currently looking at 3.5 to 1 odds or so and are the favorites to hoist Lord Stanley. Anaheim and Pittsburgh are both second on the list at around 6.5 to 1 odds to win. The St. Louis Blues, Chicago Blackhawks and San Jose Sharks all are listed at single digit odds as well.

Boston finished with a league-high 54 victories this season. Pittsburgh was the only other team in the Eastern Conference to eclipse the 50-win mark and they will take on the Columbus Blue Jackets in the opening round. Boston will take on the Detroit Red Wings, who have a solid mix of veteran players and youngsters that are logging quality ice time.

There are a couple of first round series that feature a pair of teams that finished with 100 point seasons. In the West, the San Jose Sharks and Los Angeles Kings will face off while the St. Louis Blues and Chicago Blackhawks also feature an opening-round series with teams that each reached 100 points. The Eastern Conference has just one such matchup, between the Tampa Bay Lightning and Montreal Canadiens.
