Chicago is in serious trouble. The Blackhawks lost each of the opening two games of the series on home ice, they were shut out in both instances by Pekka Rinne. Now Chicago finds itself in a situation where they absolutely have to win one of the two games in Nashville or their season is going to come to an end.

The Blackhawks finished with 109 points during the regular season, that was the most of any team in the Western Conference. But Chicago stumbled into the post season by going 3-3-4 the final 10 games, including losing four in a row to end the season.

Nashville lost only nine times at home this season. The Predators are in a perfect situation to be able to put all the pressure on Chicago and take a commanding 3-0 lead in this series with a win tonight.
