NFL Sunday Baltimore Ravens at Cleveland Browns: Start Time, Odds, Free Pick

The Baltimore Ravens will face their AFC North rival Cleveland for the second time this season when the two clubs square off at Cleveland Browns Stadium this afternoon (1:00pm ET start time, CBS). NFL Sunday Baltimore Ravens at Cleveland Browns Odds expect John Harbaugh’s squad to emerge victorious, once again, as they are presently listed as a -4 against the spread road favorite. The Browns are drawing +170 moneyline odds ($100 wins $170) and the game total is set at 42 points.

Baltimore went into last weekend’s bye with much to feel good about, it led the AFC North with a 5-2 record after all and it averaged nearly 25 points per game in achieving its commendable record. However, the Ravens also had reason for concern and plenty to get corrected while on break.

Baltimore posted a 2-1 record in the three games leading up to the bye, but it looked miserable in each contest. The Ravens were outplayed by the lowly Chiefs and the Cowboys ran all over them at home before Houston put a 43-13 whipping on them at Reliant Stadium.

And truthfully, their malaise extends back even further as the Browns nearly took them to overtime in a September 27th meeting at M&T Bank Stadium.

That outing, coupled with the Browns recent success (Cleveland has won two out of its last three games, beating Cincinnati 34-24 and San Diego 7-6), has some believing Pat Shurmer’s squad can pull off the upset today.

But little stock should be put into the first meeting between these two teams as Baltimore had played four games in a 17 day span, and that outing represented the finale in the grueling run. Perhaps the better thing to focus on is the Ravens domination of the Browns. Consider this: Baltimore has won nine of the last 10 meetings between these two teams and it has won and covered the spread in its last four trips to Cleveland.

Free Pick: Take Baltimore -4.

Baltimore Ravens at Cleveland Browns NFL Odds:

Baltimore Ravens -4 (-110), Over 42 (-110), -200 (Moneyline)
