NFL Predictions Cincinnati Bengals vs Cleveland Browns: Start Time, Odds, Free Pick

Part two of the Battle of Ohio takes place today as the Queen City Kitties travel north to face the lowly Cleveland Browns (1:00pm ET start time, CBS). The latest NFL Predictions and Odds are favoring the visiting Bengals in this AFC North clash; Cincinnati is a -2.5 against the spread favorite and it is drawing -140 on the moneyline ($140 wins $100). Today’s game total is set at 43 points.

Cincinnati saw a three game win streak come to an end last week as the Miami Dolphins came into Paul Brown Stadium and left a 17-13 victor. The unsuspecting Bengals produced just 298 yards in the loss, but they were proficient in the turnover category, finishing the game with three, including two picks from second year quarterback Andy Dalton.

Prior to last weekend’s loss Cincinnati had defeated Cleveland, Washington, and Jacksonville by an average of 10.3 points per game.

Cleveland, a loser in eight of its last 10 meetings with Cincinnati, comes into today’s game with a 0-5 record, but also the confidence that it can hang with its in-state and divisional rival.

The Browns out-gained the Bengals in their week two clash at Cincinnati (439 to 375) and they averaged almost six yards per carry against Marvin Lewis’ defense. The problem for Cleveland in that meeting: 10 penalties, which resulted in 103 yards lost, and poor special teams (Adam Jones returned a first quarter punt for an 81 yard touchdown).

Cincinnati is the better team here, but anything can happen in a rivalry contest. Frankly, the Browns are due for one of their rare wins and, despite their record; they have looked like a decent team on occasion this season.

Free Pick: Take the Browns +2.5. The Bengals are 1-5 both straight up and against the spread over the last five years playing as a Pick to -3 favorite coming off a loss.

Cincinnati Bengals vs Cleveland Browns NFL Predictions:

Cincinnati Bengals -2.5 (-110), Over 43 (-110), -140 (Moneyline)

Cleveland Browns +2.5 (-110), Under 43 (-110), +120 (Moneyline)
