NFL Point Spreads Kansas City Chiefs vs Tennessee Titans

The Kansas City Chiefs will take their perfect record on the road this weekend as they square off against another surprising squad in the 3-1 Tennessee Titans. Tomorrow's clash between the Chiefs and Titans is scheduled to kick off at 1:00pm ET at LP Field in Nashville; the game will be broadcast live on CBS. The latest NFL Point Spreads from offshore bookmaker 5Dimes have the visiting Chiefs listed as a -2.5 against the spread favorite and the Over/Under set at 38.5 points.

Given last season's 2-14 finish, Kansas City's 2013 campaign has been nothing short of magical. The Chiefs ran their record to 4-0 last weekend with a 31-7 thrashing of the New York Giants.

The victory, which marked KC's third double digit win of the young season, looked much like the ones Andy Reid's squad procured over Jacksonville and Philadelphia. This Chiefs team has a tendency to keep things close early on, but it has also shown an ability to put teams away late.

Kansas City may not draw it up that way, but its suffocating defense wears teams down and forces turnovers and its offense, while occasionally very ordinary, has done a nice job of finishing in the red zone (61.5 percent red zone TD percentage).

Tennessee has procured its 3-1 record in similar fashion as its defense is allowing just 17.2 points and 313.2 yards per game.

Jake Locker has also been instrumental in the Titans hot start. The third year pro out of Washington has completed 62.2 percent of his passes for 721 yards, six touchdowns, and zero interceptions while also rushing for 98 yards and one score on 15 carries.

Unfortunately for Locker and the Titans, the hip injury he suffered in last week's win over the Jets will sideline him for at least a few weeks.

Filling Locker's show is veteran signal caller Ryan Fitzpatrick. Fitzpatrick has been a mixed bag through out his career, producing both jaw dropping and nose pinching performances in equal measure.

In order for Tennessee to stop the KC train, Fitzpatrick will need to be at his best, which means the Titans will need to establish the run early in order to keep the heat off their backup.

NFL Point Spreads Kansas City Chiefs vs Tennessee Titans:

Kansas City Chiefs -2.5 (-120), Over 38.5 (-110), -145 (Moneyline)

Tennessee Titans +2.5 (+100), Under 38.5 (-110), +125 (Moneyline)
