Once again the Jacksonville Jaguars find themselves playing a “home game” in London, where the NFL is attempting to jam its brand to the throat of those in England. Surely there are plenty of fans there already, but the NFL continuing to force teams to head over there and play in getting to be absurd. Does anyone really believe the league is going to have a team in London anytime soon?
As far as the game is concerned, both teams obviously need a win. It’s an AFC South battle and neither team has to be pleased with their start to the season.
Indy is just 1-2, Jacksonville has started with an 0-3 record. The Colts are coming off a 26-22 win over San Diego at home last week, so they might be able to utilize some of that confidence coming into this one.
The Jaguars have lost all three games, but they could have two victories. Either way, Jacksonville has not been great under Gus Bradley and a loss here could bring more whispers.
Blake Bortles against Andrew Luck sounds like a nice jump-start to the NFL day in this Sunday morning contest.
