Both teams have 9-4 records here. The Giants defense has been pretty good and they have victories in six of the team’s seven home games to date as well. Historically Detroit has not been a good road team but they have gone 3-3 to date. Eli Manning and Matt Stafford should make for an interesting contest.

Stafford is playing with a glove on his hand after his middle finer on the throwing hand was beat up last week. Detroit absolutely needs Stafford on the field and playing well in order to win here. The Lions have been in every game this season and they need the defense to play well in this one.

If Manning is able to have a huge game and put Detroit in a bad spot, this could be the one game that the Lions really struggle in.

But with a lot of weapons and the second overall seed on the line, Detroit finds a way.
