NFL Football Dallas Cowboys at Pittsburgh Steelers Start Time, Odds, Free Pick

The Pittsburgh Steelers are hosting the Dallas Cowboys in NFL Football action today. The game is scheduled for a 4:25 p.m. start time and it will be televised nationally on FOX. The NFL Odds for the game have the Steelers favored by a field goal to pick up the win at home.

NFL Odds
Pittsburgh -3
Total: 49 points

Ben Roethlisberger came back a week early it seems, the veteran quarterback did not look good last week. Now he has an extra week to prepare for a Dallas defense that can give up chunks of yards and it banged up in the secondary.

The Pittsburgh offense needs to find a way to get going here. Antonio Brown and Le’Veon Bell are excellent pieces to a solid team, but the Steelers have the talent to be able to be a team that scores a ton of points and out-lasts opponents. Pittsburgh is 3-1 in home games this season, which is a positive, but they’ve been equally terrible on the road to reach this .500 mark. Having Roethlisberger back will be key for them.

The rookies Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliot continue to shine for Dallas. Prescott has been getting better and better behind that big offensive line and he should be able to attack a Pittsburgh defense that gives up better than 280 yards through the air per game to opponents.

The Cowboys haven’t lost since opening week and this is a big test for them. Pittsburgh is tough to beat at home and Roethlisberger has played very well there in his career. Pittsburgh has also lost three straight but comes in as the favorites here.
