The NBA Playoffs continue tonight with a handful of games. In the East, the host Detroit Pistons will play host to the New York Knicks in Game 3. It's scheduled for a 7:00 p.m. start time and it will be televised nationally on TNT. Currently the NBA Odds for the game have the Knicks listed as the small favorites to pick up the victory.
