NASCAR continues on Sunday afternoon from the road course at Watkins Glen in the NASCAR Finger Lakes 355 at The Glen. Road courses are obviously not the norm when it comes to NASCAR, but several drivers will be looking forward to Sunday's race. The NASCAR Finger Lakes 355 at The Glen Start Time is set for 1 p.m. EST.

The odds on this race have Marcos Ambrose and Juan Pablo Montoya as the favorites to win. Montoya is currently sitting on the pole for this event and both guys have been regarded as two of the better road course drivers in NASCAR. Montoya's speed in qualifying was 127.020 MPH. Currently the leader in the point standings is Dale Earnhardt Jr., who is obviously the most popular driver in NASCAR. He'll start Sunday's race from the 16th position overall, looking to improve his point standings.

After Montoya, Kyle Busch starts from the top row as well on Sunday afternoon. Also starting in the Top 5 on Sunday are Jimmie Johnson, Brad Keselowski and Ambrose. Ryan Newman, Tony Stewart, Clint Bowyer, Martin Truex Jr. and Jamie McMurray round out the first 10 drivers to open the race.

The race will consist of 90 laps and it's the 22nd race of the season for NASCAR. Watkins Glen is one of only two road courses on NASCAR's schedule. The track has seven turns and measures in at 2.45 miles. Ambrose is the defending race winner from a year ago.

Last week, NASCAR was at Pocono, which saw Mother Nature have more to say about the race than anything. Jeff Gordon took first place, being the first car behind the pace car when the weather was deemed to be too much for the race to continue. Johnson led 44 of the 98 laps that were run during the race, but ended up taking 14th place.
