Golden State Warriors vs Cleveland Cavaliers NBA Finals Game 4 Betting Odds Free Pick

Tonight the NBA Finals will continue and I will have a Free Pick in Game 4 between the the Golden State Warriors and the Cleveland Cavaliers which will be played at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. The game has a start time of 9:00 pm (Eastern) and will be televised on ABC. Current Vegas betting odds have Golden State listed as 3 point favorites, while the total is set at 193.5.

Analysis: The Warriors took game 1 of this series and then had a "golden" opportunity to take games 2 & 3vs a Cleveland team that was without Irving. Well that didn't happen and now the Warriors find themselves in a 2-1 hole, just like they were vs Memphis in the 2nd round of the playoffs. Steph Curry has really struggled for much of the last 2 games, but he may be coming out of it as he had a very nice 4th quarter in Tuesday night's loss. Golden State has gone 2-7 ATS in their last 9 vs. the Central Division and 2-5 ATS the last 7 in the series. The Warriors have scored 106.6 ppg on 45.8% shooting overall and 38.4% from long range on the road this year. Defensively they have been decent on the road as they have allowed 100.8 ppg on 43.1% shooting overall and 33.2% shooting from long range.

The Cavs lost game one of this series with Irving, and have won the last 2 games without him. Hmmm very interesting. Still this is a Cleveland team that lacks depth and Lebron really looked gassed at the end of Tuesday's win and those minutes that he has been compiling will really start to take their toll the deeper we get into the series. The Cavs are now 38-11 at home this year. Cleveland has gone 15-3 ATS in their last 18 vs. the Western Conference, but and 8-2 their last 10 vs the Pacific Division. The Cavaliers have been a good offensive team at home this year, scoring 103.8 ppg on 46.6% shooting overall and 38.6% shooting from long range. Defensively the Cavaliers have been solid at home, where they have allowed just 96.1 ppg on 46.1% shooting overall and 34.6% shooting from long range.

Pick: Im going to take the Warriors in this one. Despite the fact that Steph Curry had a horrendous night for them in game 2 and and equally bad night through 3 quarters in game 3, the Warriors still had good chances at winning both. Curry had a very good 4th quarter, which may indicate that he is coming out of his slump. He is not someone that you can keep down forever. He will find away to get back on track, especially now that their backs are clearly up against the Wall. The Minutes are starting to pile up for Lebron and Dellavedova and they both really looked gassed at the end of Tuesday night's game. The Warriors should really start to take advantage of the lack of depth that the Cavs and will start by getting back on track with a solid win in this one.
