Fresno State Bulldogs 2014 BCS Title Odds

Fresno
State enjoyed a major bounce back season last year under first year head coach Tim DeRuyter, posting a 9-4 record, its best since 2007. With 16 starters, including Mountain West Offensive Player of the Year Derek Carr (quarterback), returning to campus, some are forecasting even better things from the Bulldogs this year. Offshore bookmaker 5Dimes has Fresno State favored at -210 odds ($210 wins $100) to win Over 9.5 games and it is a -135 favorite to win the West Division in the Mountain West. Understandably, 5Dimes is not too keen on the Bulldogs National Championship chances, though. The latest 2014 BCS Title Odds from the online book have Fresno State lined as a +50000 ($100 wins $50000) play to win next year's BCS Championship.

Fresno State was not featured in any of the Golden Nuggets early release College Football Games of the Year; however, the Bulldogs have at least two notable contests. Meetings with Boise State and San Diego State will go a long way toward determining whether not Fresno State enjoys a one, two, or no loss season.

Fresno suffered a 10-20 loss at Boise last year, but it topped the Aztecs 52-40 at Bulldog Stadium after Carr threw for a season high 536 yards and five touchdowns.

Fresno State Bulldogs 2014 BCS Title Odds:

Fresno State Bulldogs Odds to win the 2014 BCS National Championship +50000
Fresno State Bulldogs Odds to win the Mountain West Championship +240 (two of 12)
Fresno State Bulldogs Odds to win the Mountain West West Division -135 (one of six)
Fresno State Bulldogs Regular Season Wins: Over 9.5 (-210), Under 9.5 (+160)
