The fourth-ranked Ohio State Buckeyes are playing host to the Tulsa Golden Hurricane in college football action Saturday. The game is scheduled for a 3:30 p.m. start time and it will be televised nationally on ABC. The college football odds for the game have the Buckeyes favored by a comfortable margin to pick up the win.

Ohio State scored 77 points in the opener over Bowling Green, the Falcons scored 10 points but the only touchdown came on a turnover early in the contest. The Buckeyes played great on both sides of the football and now have bumped up to the No. 4 spot in the rankings.

Tulsa is coming off a 45-10 win at home over San Jose State, clearly the Buckeyes are a major jump in talent, athleticism and team skill. The Golden Hurricane had a huge game on the ground with 305 yards, they averaged 5.3 yards per tote and crushed the Spartan dreams of an upset.

D’Angelo Brewer led the ground game with 164 yards and three touchdowns the contest, he averaged 7.5 yards per carry. Tulsa was laying 30 points in that one but were still able to cover the big number. 

An Urban Meyer team will not be looking ahead to his team’s matchup against Oklahoma in the next game, and they can’t afford to let a Tulsa team that has some athletes hang around in this one. 

Tulsa has the opportunity to score in this one, as evident by the 73-point total.
