The Michigan State Spartans are hosting the Maryland Terrapins in college football action on Saturday afternoon. The game is scheduled for a 4:00 p.m. start time and it will be televised nationally on FOX. The college football odds for the game have the Spartans favored to pick up the win here.
College Football Odds
Michigan State -15.5
Total: 42.5 points
Michigan State is picking up the pieces from a 45-point loss at Ohio State last week. The Spartans gave up better than 520 yards of total offense to Ohio State and got drilled despite having the football for more than 34 minutes of action.
Maryland is tied with Michigan in averaging 28 points a game in conference play, which ranks fourth best in the conference. Hard to believe with all the problems they have had at quarterback. Last week the Terps had four different players throw a pass against Michigan. Sophomore Ryan Brand threw the most passes, 35, but he was picked off twice.
Hard to see Maryland scoring too many points here against Michigan State, but they’re going to have to in order to have any chance at winning.
