The Arkansas Razorbacks are on the road in college football action Saturday night, taking on the TCU Horned Frogs. The game is scheduled for a 7:00 p.m. start time and it will be televised nationally on ESPN. The college football odds for the game have the Horned Frogs favored to pick up the win in this one at home.
College Football Odds
TCU -7.5
Total: 58.5 points
Arkansas might be able to score some points in this one, given TCU’s terrible defensive play against South Dakota State last weekend. The Horned Frogs gave up points on what seemed like every possession to the Jackrabbits, who eventually finished with 41.
Former Texas A&M quarterback Kenny Hill is going to be an awesome fit for the Horned Frogs, he can certainly make plays and done well in the past against Arkansas while at A&M, gashing them for 386 yards in the air and four touchdowns back in 2014.
TCU can also gain some bragging rights in this game, with an SEC opponent coming to town. A win would go a long way for their credibility, even if it is against an Arkansas team that isn’t at the top of the league.
The Hogs are going to need to force a turnover or two at key times in the game. They barely made it out alive against Louisiana Tech and don’t have the running game they’ve had in past seasons.
But with how poorly TCU’s defense played in the first game, this one should be able to go over the total.
