The frontcourt is a huge strength for the Tar Heels as Kennedy Meeks, Isaiah Hicks and Justin Jackson provide an athletic group that can demand attention up front and take games over. Indiana is going to have some trouble matching up with the Tar Heels on the front line and if they play a speedy game tonight, it favors North Carolina’s ability to get up and down the floor.

Indiana can rebound, though. They have some very athletic guys on the front court as well in Thomas Bryant and OG Anunoby, those two could be the key to any success for the Hoosiers tonight inside Assembly Hall.

James Blackmon is a great scorer at better than 20 points per game, he is also a strong rebounding guard at seven boards per game, but his defense isn’t the best and he will be matched up with speedy Joel Berry II.

These early season matchups are great for college basketball, the ACC/Big Ten Challenge showcases excellent blue blood programs playing each other and North Carolina playing inside Assembly Hall at Indiana is great for the fans.

UNC might be the best overall team in the country and a road test like this can only make them better.
