College Basketball Florida State Seminoles vs Xavier Musketeers Start Time, Betting Odds

The Xavier Musketeers are taking on the Florida State Seminoles in the second round of the NCAA Tournament on Saturday. The game is scheduled for a 6:10 p.m. start time and it will be televised nationally on TNT. The college basketball odds for the game the Seminoles favored by a couple of possessions to pick up the win.

College Basketball Odds
Florida State -6
Total: 151 points

Florida State looked like a potential Final Four team in the opening contest, but they also looked like they could get bounced in that game. Alas, the Seminoles advanced and are now taking on the Xavier Musketeers, a team that knocked off Maryland in the opening round.

Florida State has the horses to make a run to Phoenix and they should have no issues scoring points in this game tonight. Xavier also looked comfortable in the matchup against Maryland, the Musketeers scored 76 points and Trevon Bluiett tossed in 21 of those. Xavier will certainly look to run the offense through him, if they can shoot 50 percent from the floor again it should be a high scoring affair.

Florida State got a nice win over in-state Florida Gulf Coast in the opening round, four of their starters were in double figures and Dwayne Bacon led the charge with 25 points and nine rebounds. The Noles shot better than 55 percent in that game but that wasn’t because of knocking down shots from the perimeter. Florida State posted 78.6 percent shooting from the paint, they just dominated on the interior and will look to do so again in this one.
