College Basketball Cincinnati Bearcats at Iowa State Cyclones Start Time, Betting Odds, Free Pick

The Cincinnati Bearcats are playing on the road against the Iowa State Cyclones tonight in college basketball action. The game is scheduled for a 9:00 p.m. start time and it will be televised nationally on ESPN. The college basketball odds for the game have the Cyclones favored to pick up the win at home.

College Basketball Odds
Iowa State -6.5
Total: 140.5 points

Iowa State wants to get up and go, Cincinnati wants to play a slower game where they make every single possession county and play tough defense. Both teams have 5-1 records overall when losses to Top 25 teams; Rhode Island knocked off the Bearcats while Iowa State dropped a 73-71 decision to Gonzaga.

The Cyclones have won all three games at home this season, they've torched several teams that were clearly just boosters to the win column this year, but Iowa State can score points consistently. They're lead by All-America candidate Monte Morris, a 16-point a game guy that hands out 6.5 assists and rebounds better than five a game. Morris does it all and really gives the Cyclones a guy that can dictate the style of play with the ball in his hands.

Deonte Burton is also a very strong player for Iowa State. He's coming off a 29-point performance in the team's loss to Gonzaga where he also ripped down 12 rebounds. Burton is a game-changer for the Cyclones that will play a major role tonight.

This is Cincinnati's first true road game of the season, so we will see just how good they are going to be. Defensively they're solid, but Iowa State loves to play fast.
