College Basketball Arizona Wildcats vs Michigan State Spartans Start Time, Odds, Free Pick

The Michigan State Spartans are taking on the Arizona Wildcats tonight in college basketball action. The game is scheduled for a 7:00 p.m. start time and it will be televised nationally on ESPN. The college basketball odds for the game have Michigan State favored by a slim margin to pick up the win.

College Basketball Odds
Michigan State -1.5
Total: 141.5 points

Michigan State and Arizona are playing one of two games in Honolulu, Hawaii as part of the Armed Forces Classic. In year’s past they have played the game on an aircraft carrier but this year the games will be played at the Stan Sheriff Center, a small venue that should make these two games a treat to watch.

Both the Spartans and Wildcats are expected to be solid programs once again this season. Michigan State will have to do it while being a relatively small team on the floor.

Miles Bridges is going to be a star at power forward and he could be the best overall player on the floor tonight. Eron Harris, the former West Virginia transfer, also gives the Spartans an added scoring punch that could turn him into the go-to guy for Tom Izzo in tough spots.

Arizona has had a lot of problems this preseason, namely they will play without star Allonzo Trier in this one, he did not travel with the team. Ray Smith is also scheduled to have knee surgery soon and his season is obviously on hold.

Playing in these types of gyms can often times cause some poor shooting. It’s obviously the season-opener for both clubs as well, so there could be some offensive deficiencies here.
