The Boston College Eagles are taking on the Wake Forest Demon Deacons in the opening round of the ACC Tournament on Tuesday. The game is scheduled for a 2:00 p.m. start time and it will be televised nationally on ESPN2. The college basketball odds for the game have the Demon Deacons favored to pick up a comfortable win.

Wake Forest just picked up three huge wins to close out the regular season, beating Pitt, Louisville and Virginia Tech as they now have a legitimate shot at making the NCAA Tournament.  

Picking up another win here over a poor Boston College team would be beneficial as well. The winner will take on Virginia Tech in the next round. Wake Forest won each of the regular season contests, beating the Eagles by 13 points the first game but only five in Boston. It’s tough to beat a team three times in a season but Wake Forest needs to earn a victory in able to remain in the conversation for an at-large big coming up on Sunday night.

But laying double digits in a tough game, especially early in the conference tournament, seems like a lot.
